LG washing machine-service provided by tech is a 5-machine 3
Marlon has been to my home 3 times prior and has provided great service. On his last visit, two weeks ago he requested another technician to come out for the service today. Marlon replaced three parts, circuit board, motor and another part that was ordered. Your service assigned Marlon again to my home, and again I have no washing machine service. This process started May 2024 and 4 months later, still no washing machine. Month after month, my family and I have to take clothes to the laundromat and we are still waiting to get half or full load to cycle completely through. We need a solution! One again it is unfortunate that Marlon would have to be tied to the negativity of the machine not properly working when he provided great service.

Garbage disposal
David was outstanding, just as he was the last 4 times with the same problem. The problem I have his support center which has taken 4 weeks to replace a garbage disposal, totally unacceptable
