Harvey's Review
Harvey was excellent! He told us exactly what was wrong and went right to work. he told us that he had a similar machine at home, and therefore had no problem making the repairs. I also liked his personality. I ribbed him about his name, because few young people are named that now. I asked him had he been named after his grandfather, and he said that he had! For his good humor and his excellent skills, I rate him a 5.
