LG frig/freezer icemaker not working.
We had bought the 5 year protection plan w/ the purchase of our LG frig/freezer. Sears closed here...when I called the help line they took care of scheduling Thomas, who is the central SC lead field manager.OMG! He was prompt arriving early am, clean cut, in uniform, polite, respectful, knowledgeable abd has great assessment and diagnostic skills. He located the problem and had it fixed in record time. He asked me if I had any questions before he left and assured all was functioning properly also before he left. I was thrilled that we got him specifically due to his knowledge. 1st let me say, thanks for MASKING!!! Timely, respectful and clean!! With a dryer there's gonna be dust, lots and lots of dust. With dust there's a extra cost, cleaning it also keeps it working well and longer just as the replacement of broken/warnout parts. When the repair was done he cleaned All the dust away!! No time ever wasted!! Yes I would recommend This team .
