My machine technician
From the initial appointment to the two appointments since since the initial appointment David has shown up tried to fix my zero turn and due to the logistics of parts was not able to get it completed the first time but got it done the third time and it is running fantastic. He is a super nice man and detailed oriented. Logistics at Sears need seriously fixed so he can do his job.

I wish all repairmen were like Ellison!
Ellison came to my home to service my refrigerator. Everything about the service appointment was excellent. Ellison let me know he was on his way about half an hour before he arrived. He was very personable when he arrived and knowledgeable about refrigerators. After his assessment he took time to discuss his findings with me and answer all of my questions. When he was walking out of my carport to go to his next call, I thought, "I wish I could call him every time something here needs fixing."

Check Out Freezer/Refrigerator
Thomas was on time and started immediately began to check the operation of the appliance. Had to wait for the Frigeratorto defrost so the compressor could start. The ice maker had been stopped, because the ice was melting. When Thomas turned it back on, ice came out of it. Thomas took temperatures of both the Freezer and Refrigerator and both were reading correctly. He explained that appliances as old as our do acted up sometimes. He said he would come back in a couple of days to see if there was any change. He also pointed out that the appliance did not have the proper clearances around it. Thomas connected us in a couple of days and we agreed that the appliance was working fine and he did not need to return.
