Knowledgeable & Thorough
Brandon and the senior tech were great. They were well aware of the issues with the LG refrigerator and especially the error code 1F. (We had to go to the web to understand our problem. LG owners manual has no information. ) Brandon and the tech went right to work . Methodically analyzing the problem suspected the ice maker fan was not working and probably frozen over. They detached the back panel in the freezer compartment, uncovered the icemaker fan and cleared it of ice. They got it working, reassembled the panel subassembly, connected the leads, and reconnected the panel. They tested for air flow to the icemaker and we now have ice production and no E 1F error message 😊
