Bryan was excellent. He thoroughly checked all my appliances and took time to explain good maintenance techniques I can employ in the future. He cleaned up too! My only concern is that SEARS said he'd arrive around 2 and it was 5 before he arrived. All worked out but scheduling 3 appliances for less than 30 minutes time isn't possible and this isn't Bryan's fault. This is SEARS!

Thank you to David for repairing (finally!) my freezer
I couldn't believe it when David actually showed me where the problem with my leaky freezer actually started from. I have 8 broken ribs. OT/PT/Health nurse just happened to be here too when he arrived, but he went about his repair duties like I was the only person in the universe with this problem and he was truly attentive to me and my dilemma.
