Jaylin was fine. Sears Home was the worst. It took 1 month to get a dishwasher fixed. Canceled several times ( driver had a wreck, truck broke down, can't do this it needs 2 technicians , multiple messages that contradicted "your appointment tomorrow" but date was for the next day not tomorrow, I need someone to contact me about canceling this service especially since just paid for another year. You have my number.

Bryan arrived at our home in the early evening. He had called a few times through the late afternoon to keep me aware of his day / schedule which was greatly appreciated.
