David provided great service. He texted me when he was on his way. Unfortunately, your call centers are awful. My repair order has been in your system for a month. I had 2 no contact, no show appointments for two weeks and each time I called your call centers after the no shows and they had no response except to say "sorry" and set up an appointment a week later. You MUST get your call centers back to the US where the left hand knows what the right hand is doing!
