Bryan is an excellent Sears technician. Very friendly and knows his stuff having done this for 40 years. He did a great job explaining things and fixing the issue. I'm extremely happy with the service I received from him today. Update - next day. After I gave my review, I did a load of laundry and the dryer is not working right. I called Sears and spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get someone to come back out here. I spoke to three different people with no success. I gave up as I had to leave for an appointment. I was pretty frustrated at that point. I asked my wife to try and she Googled searched and found another phone number to call. She got through and spoke to a lovely woman who set up an appointment for a tech to come back to our house today. I wish it was easier to communicate with them on the phone to get things done. The lesson here is to always check your appliances before the tech leaves rather than taking their word that everything is working fine.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited 6 days for refrigeration repair. Food spoiled, water leaking all over. No place to store my food and meds. On the day of service I received a text that the technician would arrive in the afternoon. That time came and went and it was only after I checked where he was at I was told that the appointment was cancelled because they overscheduled. Funny how this happened on a Friday afternoon. NEVER AGAIN!

These people have terrible customer service, and those are the folks they put in the firing line to field answers as to why they canceled your appointment β€œfor unforeseen circumstances.” They never gave an explanation for our cancellation, and followed up with a nice offer of rescheduling in 2 weeks at the earliest. To look at a refrigerator. No attempt to make things right, no concept of customer service. Or I suppose ACTUAL service since I never saw a repair person. Will never go so far as to even search the name of this company again.

This is the most pitiful unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I have not seen a technician show up yet even though I called four times during the day to make sure they were still coming. This is the second time I have scheduled and they have yet to call or show up. The only way to get their phone number is they are stupid enough to send this survey even after they neglected to show up twice now. They continue to say they have the incorrect contact information even though it shows up on my reservation. I have two other people that have had the exact same experience and are still waiting for someone to show up. This is the worst company in Charleston and I will go out of my way to make sure nobody ever uses them for service. I cannot stress how awful this experience has been. If I could do zero stars I would.

Byran did not do the diagnostic on my dryer that he should of done. Although the control button was replaced on 12-19-2024 my dryer was left not in working condition. The representative that I spoke with on 12-22-24 informed me that the same technician would be returning to my home to fix my dryer however a different technician was assigned and wanted to charge me for diagnostic the should of already been done the first time. Had two separate appointments scheduled with them for a dryer repair. For both appointments they failed to schedule me a service technician and wasted my entire day waiting for them only for them to finally ask to reschedule. I will never use them again. Absolutely terrible.

Had 5 appointments & still NO RESULTS! We have had to adjust 5 different business days of our work calendars to get fixed. Still not handled - absolutely horrible process! I feel sorry for the technicians that has to deal with the scheduling process, clearly not their fault. Worst service I have experienced in years. HORRIBLE SERVICE PROCESS!!!!!!!!! Along with trying to get someone on the phone - good luck with getting a human that will own the situation!
