Brandon was great! However the company felt no urgency in getting anything done and took up to 2wks every time something needed to be scheduled, It took almost 2 months to get anything done. There was no communication to me until the day of whether or not a replacement part was in or not, I would take the day off from work and get canceled on the same day because a part didn’t come in. There was no communication between management and their employees until the day of the appointment.
