Good Tech service - Poor Support from Office
Nelson got to my apartment on time. He inspected the unit and found a broken discharge water line. He could not immediately fix the problem since the replacement part was not on-hand. This is large flaw of the office since we indicated what the problem was when we call for the appointment. This happens to us several time, that even though we indicate the problem to the office clerk, they do not inform the technician about it. Thus, when the technician arrived home, he has the least idea of the problem and it can not got solved right away. Thanks God thet in our case Nelson was smart enough to call a Sears supply store nearby that had the replacement part and he went for it. The problem was solved expeditiously.
