Moises is a very nice person and technician. He fixed the sweating"inside the refrigerator.Problem, I discover that in the refrigerator side liquids are freezing. I will have to call Sears again. Moises is a very good person and he even went to get a rubber at your warehouse and replaced the new one in the refrigerator door. Willing person, excellent manners and behavior. Waist my time
We are waiting for service from 8 am until 6:20 pm, lost my time and my day of job . It's not fair, you need coordinate this better. Bad service

Too expensive
Too expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!$$$$$ 2 minutes. No parts $150.00. I told the technician exactly what was the problem, but for medical reasons, can not move the dryer. So, just for moving the dryer and readjusting the belt and 2 minutes of work, they charged that insanity. Will never use them again, unless under warranty. Abusive!!!!

To much visits: a total of seven visits!
The ice maker is working today. But it was at 7th visit, normally should be two visits: one for diagnosis and the second for installation of new parts. The process last from January 9 (first call for service) to February 9; a whole month. Was a waste of time and money for Sears and for ME.

Unsatisfied Technician Service
The refrigerator is not cooling well (the freezer is ok) The technician arrived and all he did was to clean with a portable vacuum cleaner the rear grill. Then he assumed that the power surge protector and the electrical outlet were bad and needed to be replaced. No system diagnostic or operational checkup. He made me change the power surge protector and the outlet and the refrigerator still not working. He set the temperature of the refrigerator at 34F as the normal setting. The technician showed no basic or common sense of refrigeration
