Once the parts are available, all gets solved
The repairperson came in the morning, my preferred time. As the problem was persistent after 3 repairs and tough to diagnose because intermittent, SEARS finally agreed to procure 3 parts at the same time (instead of the previously sponsored "one at a time" and "let's see approach"). I feel reassured that this will solve the issue once and for all. I thank the repairperson for being insistent, patient and diligent in this unusual situation.
