Refrigerator repair
We have been waiting for 3 parts to be replaced since Oct.6. The Sears technician installed the two parts in few minutes! There is still pending another part and the fridge's temperature is fluctuating as before. I am not happy with Sears warranty and will call to make another appointment with a different technician.

Technician came with the wrong parts.
Parts do not fit the shelves. Apparently, parts are not longer available for regrigerator model. We paid for an insurance and wasted our money because the problem was not resolved.
