The diagnostic fee required indicated in your emails is incorrect. You indicated I would be charged $99.00, and yet I was charged $118.13. That is fraud. It should have said $105.95 plus taxes.

The serviceman assigned to the job was excellent and very professional. He explained everything and worked very quickly. The parts were another story. They were ordered but it took 3 weeks for them to arrive . Very bad!
