A tech can do only so much with an 18 year old appliance. Parts availability is one limiting factor to extended service life. BUT, equally critical is understanding how and why an electronic board may fail, and how to test for that. This tech applied his knowledge, and more, he could, and did, reach out to other experienced associates in confirming his diagnosis and process. My rating is 5 of 5. Thanks.
