Ron is a great technician and has taken care of our tractors for many many years. A&E home service is the best thing going and the only reason I always bought craftsman products. Don't cancel the service. He works hard and keeps my tractors tuned up.

Dryer repair
Jeff's service is excellent. We have only the best things to say about him. However after he put a new heating element in our dryer, he was told to remove it because the warranty company would not pay for it. Very disappointed in the warranty company, not Jeff.
