Whirlpool Washer
If it were not for Shane, our washer still would not be fixed. My parts kept getting shipped back as undeliverable. There is no way to advise you of what was taking place. Very inconvenient to have no live persons to explain the problem to. I would not recommend Sears service to anyone.
