Ice maker replacement
Wayne came out and determined that our ice maker unit needed to be replaced. The origin unit has gone bad. Luckily he had one on his truck and was able to replace it on the initial visit. I'm very pleased with Wayne and his professional demeanor.

Polite and Helpful
Came out for a noise - thankfully was only a dryer sheet stuck in the machine. I apologized for it being something silly but he reassured me it was no big deal he was just happy to help. Short visit but effective and he wore disposable booties that I provided which was nice cause some people are not nice when I ask. Overall great experience.
