Samsung service
I bought this fridge 4 years ago. I never hooked up the water because there was no hookup. I recently hooked up a water source and it leaked all over my garage. The first tech diagnosed the problem and Wayne hooked up the part. The leak is gone, now I need to see if the ice maker works.

Richard arrived on time and performed the repair in a professional manner. Knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. he went beyond the call to help me with getting information about another appliance repair call the was stalled due to parts. He did what the customer service call center could not, make a customer satisfied. The Navy has a term that applies here, BZ, Job well done.

Service person was a little late but he called to tell us he was running behind. He replaced the entire guts of the refrigerator and did not leave until everything was running smoothly.

Great technician, lousy communication.
The technician was great. However, I would rate the rest of the experience no stars. Getting a text at 2:00 in the morning with a confusing message about rescheduling an already rescheduled appointment was followed by the inability to reach a human for an explanation. I had to try to schedule a new appointment in order to speak to an actual person, but my phone number linked me to the one already scheduled. I had to use someone else's phone to reach a person, who was of no help. Your customer service outside the technician (including the one who originally came out) was abysmal. I do not intend to ever use your service again.

Seemed knowledgeable but we were unable to reproduce noise while he was onsite. So he was thorough yet unable to resolve the issue at this time. Very pleasant.
