We appreciated Cory's attention to detail in the most recent repair of our refrigerator. He listened to our concerns and reached out to another technician for advice. Cory was able to determine what the issue was and repaired the refrigerator satisfactorily. He was also very personable and polite.

Charles did an excellent job, very knowledgeable and informative. ~ Two months ago you sent a non-Sears service tech for the repair, he was supposed to order parts that for the dryer, never received parts and the repair service quit returning my calls. Suggest using only Sears techs.

Washer repair
Did not tighten water hookups fully and we ended up having water leaking down into our basement and under the flooring under the washer. Thankfully, although after the whole day of it leaking, my husband needed to go to the basement and saw all the water on the floor- and items that were not water resistant. When I called the sears # they told me to call the warranty and they couldn't do anything. No apology or sorry given. Also, the first scheduled day they never showed up and someone called at approximately 455pm to tell us. A whole day taken off work for nothing. Understandable that things happen but better communication would have been appreciated. Thankfully the washer is working but it took longer than expected.

Dishwasher is still not fixed.
It has taken 2 1/2 months to get my dishwasher fixed after the parts were delivered to my house. My husband and myself had to take off work on four different occasions only to have the repair tech not show each time. The only communication we would receive was a text that the appointment has been rescheduled. Last week we finally had someone come to fix the dishwasher. Unfortunately, the new parts did not fix the dishwasher and when the dishwasher is running it smells like something is burning. This is also the 3rd appliance repair request in the last 8 months that the same thing happened. This warranty program is a rip off. I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with a service and company as I am with sears and cinch.
