Angel was excellent. Very efficient & knowledgeable. Expedited the delivery of the part needing to be replaced in my LG washer & appt. for installation was within 2 days of my receiving the part. Friendly Very informative on washer care in future also. Highly recommend Angel & Sears repair service.

My five stars are for the technician only. The technician was a lovely gentleman that got the job done quickly but answered all my questions. However, I had several issues with scheduling and not being able to contact an actual person when my appointment was cancelled after I had already left work to be home for scheduled time.
