James was very courteous and right on time. He installed a water filter which was not part of the original call. He was helpful in pointing out what parts should be replaced and how to obtain them.

Although, I wish the 8-5 time window wouldn't have been so wide since it was around 4pm that he got here, but that is on Sears, not the technician.
