Washer and Dryer Service
The technician was through with his service. I wish the washer could have been run with a load rather no load to hear the noise originally mentioned for the problem.

Horrible experience
My dad was there when Brady fixed my washer. My dad said that he used an impact wrench to unscrew things which would strip the bolts. Also, he never tried the washer after fixing it. He just left. Horrible service. I will be contacting the better business bureau!

Needs Training
The same serviceman has been back 5 time to "repair" our freezer and ice maker. We have gone all summer without a freezer. When he left today, he left old parts and boxes on the floor for us to dispose off and left water on the floor around the refrigerator. He has come and gone without doing anything on one occasion. It then takes three weeks to schedule him to come back. If I had independently contracted him, ofter the poor customer interaction and service I received, I would never call him again and spread the word to warn others.

Incompetent
The most unprofessional individual I've ever had to experience with a service or repair. Still unable to repair my refrigerator after multiple attempts. The quality of his work is that I feel my refrigerator is more broken now than it was originally. He has damaged my floor with his blow, torch, my walls, and even had the indecency of grabbing one of my hand towels to clean up his mess without asking.
