great technician, job not done
Brent was unable to provide service because parts to repair were unavailable. He was able to talk to warranty department and explain things to me that no one else bothered to do. Original service call was Aug.25 and to date, microwave is not repaired, Brent was well mannered and sympathetic to my needs but I am not happy how entire process has gone.
