Excellent service
David did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher. He determined it was more then the seals. Now it will be a fight with American home shield to complete the repair or replace it completely.

excellent service call. David solved problem neither my husband nor I could by moving the tines of upper rack back into place after months of us trying to do it ourselves repeatedly, but he was able to do so immediately - we were very embarrassed, but he was very understanding. I could definitely see where the part was supposed to fit but cou8ld not get it to work by myself and my husband said he had also tried, so I am grateful to have had the service call.

The service man arrived early in the morning, so I didn't have long to wait. He called to inform mee that he was on his way prior to arriving. He was very personal and professional. After looking at my washer, he informed me of the repairs that it required as well as the cost. He also gave me the option of accepting the repair quote, or purchasing a new washer. I was able to pay privately on my phone for the service call. I appreciate the outstanding service and won't hesitate to use it again.

Able to diagnose the problem with our washing machine immediately. Part ordered and shipped to our home. Second appointment scheduled prior to tech leaving after first visit! Fred is knowledgeable, kind, caring and respectful! Will request him for future service!
