Technicians are great - Sears Customer Service not so much
The tech who came today and completed the job is the 4th tech who was out. First tech had to order the part and told me to call him when it got there. 2nd tech knew nothing about that and still no part. 3rd tech Sal was the best of the group and was actually able to figure out how to order the part. 4th tech Dave just did the install. Thru all of this there is absolutely no way to speak to a human at Sears. Everything is an automated attendant and Robo calls leading you to a website that tells you nothing. If Sears actually put a human on the phone it might not take 4 techs and 4 months to fix a problem.
