Service call.
Brent was very efficient. He did a very good job. The only problem was that he did not show up until 2 and 1/2 hours after the email stating estimated time arrival was at 11:45. Your statements stated that if he was delayed we would be informed. That did not happen. We waited. So I have to give an overall rating of 3 stars. Sorry Brent.

Dryer repair
Fred did a good job He came as promised and fixed the machine . Fred gets 5 stats for his personal attitude and work I'm pissed off with the system that was so lax that no tech showed up on 10/10 when the repair was scheduled . The management gets 1 star. one for the updates. It peeves the user when the promised tech does not turn up and there is no update at all. Worst is the anonymous calls you get from Sears and their phone is always busy

Unprepared
He didn't know what he was supposed to do after waiting 3 months for the repair to be completed. Not sure if it will stay working.

refrigerator freezer repair
When the diagnostics was done, the refrigerator was pulled out from the wall without protecting the hardwood floor and dented the floor. I filed a claim but have not been contacted since filing the claim. Also the repair date kept being changed from Oct 18 to Oct 12 to Oct 16 and finally Oct 11. Also the repair kit cost over $200 but the actual amount of material required for the repair was a fraction of what was supplied.

Today's Appointment
I didn't believe was even a Serious appt today, for 3 appt prior,all text messages ,emils,and voice-mails by Sears confirming appts NO ONE SHOWED,After waiting All Day,So Chice Warranty had someone else come to finish the work. Look At other Appts you scheduled and No ONE Showed. You can't call anyone at Sears to talk to either, Would like someone to call me. Very Unhappy
