Tom has serviced my Sears appliances over the years and he is amazing . His dedication to service is a rare find in this fast pace world . He is the reason I continue to subscribe to the service. I have had other technicians but he always seems to figure out the issue and solve It. Sometimes it's a temporary fix to get me by until the parts arrive. Sometimes it's advice on the appliances themselves. He is always respects my schedule and keeps me aware of his time for the appointment. He respects my home and is clean and considerate on all levels . Don't let him retire!

David was through and professional. He made a good evaluation of the machanical workings of the washer and ran a test which was negative for leaking. I was told to use the machine and call if there was any further problem. The leaking started at the start of my 3rd load with water coming from behind the white plastic fitting where the water connector attached. I had to shut off the water to stop the leak . This was a significant leak with water covering the floor. A return visit has been scheduled.
