Donald was professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. It will take time, of course, to see if he caught whatever was causing our dryer not to heat and adequately repaired it. The dryer was heating when he arrived (even though it had produced no noticeable heat when we last tried to use it), so we may be dealing with a hard-to-diagnose intermittent problem. He replaced dryer coils that could have caused the problem and appeared to be worn. Let's hope the repair holds.

Not able to fix the problem
Tech was nice enough but was not able to fix my dryer so it will heat up and dry clothes.

Waited 3 weeks for repair, dried one load, then stopped drying again, no heat.
