Horrible Service
He was rude on the phone, rude to my parents. He had my 89 year old day move the fridge out from the wall. He stated "it should have been moved out already". Problem was not fixed. Front panel still broken and we were told that there was no water hooked up to it. Told us to hire a plumber as it was not his job to go downstairs and check to see if it was broken or hooked up incorrectly. He is an embarrassment to your company!!!!!! Would NOT recommend Sears Home Services EVER.

Score =0. He didn't call, showed up at 7:40, blocked the driveway, went to the wrong door, wouldn't take cash, wouldn't wait just 2 minutes for us to go to the bank, said he couldn't wait forever, grumbled that he wasn't going to climb that ladder, grumbled some more, did absolutely nothing, and then just left. I'm not positive of the time, but it was all by 8:10. A very grouchy person! Please don't send him again.

Ac
The technician came to check the issue with ac and told me that he can fix the ac. But when he come to fix the ac he said it is not fixable. And left the house without telling me what is the next step.

Terrible Service
After numerous no shows and reschedules since 2/20, Vincent was unable to fix the problem. At our initial visit, the technician ordered the part that was needed, however, Vincent did not even use the new part to try and fix the problem. He instead used the old part, which obviously did not work. He suggested that we hire someone else with more experience with Whirlpool/Kitchenaid appliances because they are complicated machines and he "couldn't do it." I would never recommend Sears Home Service.

Third Visit for the same issue!
Yesterday was the third visit for an ice maker that does not work on a Samsung French Door refrigerator. The tech installed a new ice maker on the last visit on December 1 and again yesterday. Still not working!
