If I could give zero stars I would. This is the 5th day (over a span of 3 months) that I have waited on a repair person (Brady A) to fix my fridge that is brand new and the water/ice dispenser is broken on. They give a window of 8am-5pm for arrival and never show up and don’t cancel or reschedule your appt. Finally after my initial review above got a new technician Christopher W to come today and he was wonderful! He called in the morning to say a smaller window for when he would be coming and then he called when he was on his was from the stop prior to us. He gets 5 stars ⭐️

If I could give negative stars then I would. I reported an issue with our fridge and freezer in mid may. It’s now nearly August and I still don’t have it fixed. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars of food and they will not acknowledge their wrong doing. Their technician Chris W. Called my mother and I both derogatory names when we asked him to please stop being so rude in our home he continued saying inappropriate things. I asked for a different technician to finish the repairs. This Chris then took the parts to our fridge to his personal home and told his company he didn’t have them. They keep re ordering parts and he keeps taking them. It’s now nearly 8/1 and someone was supposed to come again today and they didn’t show but I got an email saying they came and repaired the unit. IT IS STILL BROKEN. I will be reporting complaints with BBB and if my unit is not fixed asap and I’m not refunded for the inconvenience and food loss then I will be getting lawyers involved. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER!!!! I don’t know how this tech still has a job but don’t let this creep in your homes.

Worst company ever. Had a technician out for a dishwasher. We had to order parts and pay in full. Technician came out to fix dishwasher and he tighten it to tight and cracked the new part.he was scheduled to come back out on April 8th never showed and can't get any answers from company. BEWARE

Took 3 trips, one week apart. Three parts ordered, the third part actually resolved the issue. It took me about 3 additional weeks attempting to get the bill corrected. Finally another few weeks and many attempts to contact someone who could resolve the refund issue. After more weeks, I am still waiting for a refund. Many attempts later and no refund. At my wits end. I will never use Sears services or products again. I also need to mention the complete inability to reach a live person to help resolve the refund issue. Three days of constant effort, emails, texts, chats with robots, etc . and I have yet to speak with a live person. Completely designed to shutdown and discourage customers from having any effective means to resolve issues. I am completely fed up with their ubris!
