Happy with the work that was done
The work was done very good but I d8d not realize that the ice tray was put on order. I do not wish to get a new one. 0lease cancel it. I was curious about the price.

Excellent service technician
Jeffery knows exactly what to do and does it efficiently. I wish that Sears customer service, via phone or chat, was as effective. The dismal customer support area of Sears customer service reflects poorly on the good work of their technicians! I could never reach live person to discuss their numerous scheduling failures. I will have reservations about ever using Sears Home Services again, due to the nonexistence of their Customer Service! Thank goodness that they have competent technicians,
