Dishwasher repair
Jeffrey is hard working and knows what he is doing. Sears home service though leaves a lot to be desired. This repair was originally scheduled for 10/7. No one showed up. Sat here all day waiting. Took three days to make contact with a human representative and she could not be understood. Very seriously thinking of canceling plan. Took six weeks to fix this dishwasher. What's up with your company? Where's the customer service?
