Sent a review earlier. I was not at all happy with the service or lack there of he provided. He told me the unit was broken. It was not. I was the one to finally follow the electrical line to fine an one switch. The billing says it a gas unit, its oil. He said i shouldn't worry about the pipe vent hole or loose fitting tonthe wall. Said oil boilers don't produce carbon monoxide. A quick Google search said otherwise. I'm not happy. Won't feel safe using the unit till i have someone else repair the vent. I'm not at all confident he knew what he was doing This response is for John and his help today. He called ahead to see what work i needed. Said that wasn't a service they provided and doubted it would even be covered by my home warranty. He was kind enough to make those calls for me and then did get back to me with a response. He found out what my home warranty company should have and could have told me weeks ago when i made the request. I could have had the issue resolved by now and would not have missed a days work having waited here for a repair that wasn't to happen. John went above and beyond and for that i am grateful.
