Paul, the serviceman, did a great job! However, Sears has been very frustrating: canceling appointments for no reason; not getting parts and not letting me know; parts department was supposed to get back to me in 48 hours, but no contact! And then I'm forced to be on the phone and on chat for long periods of time fixing what Sears has done or not done. :(

I needed to replace the door handle on my new GE microwave. GE coordinated with Sears Appliance Repair for the installation. I received a confirmation text, a call from Paul (the technician), and another text when he was on his way. Paul was courteous and fixed my microwave effortlessly. Thank you for the excellent service!

5 stars for the actual repairmen Paul and Ben. They were great and did a fantastic job. However they are at the mercy of Sears customer service, which is horrendous!! I was without a washer for 2 months due to bad replacement parts, wrong parts being sent, and delays and their only solution was "call back in a week." I was promised a new washer after a "review process" because a needed part was no longer available. This process dragged on for a month after "being started immediately"...then I was told it had to go to a 2nd level of review- all the while being told repeatedly to call back on status...and then the part needed appeared at my doorstep with no advanced notice from Sears. After waiting 2.5 weeks for repairmen to be scheduled - more parts had to be ordered! Paul especially went above and beyond to get the parts and install them so I wouldn't have to wait ANOTHER month....which is the best the customer service center was going to do for me on scheduling. My washer started giving me problems after only 4 years and if we hadn't made the decision to get an extended warranty would have been junked long ago. My next washer will not be a Sears Kenmore product.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Was a no nonsense worker. Diagnosed the problem and got the dryer running smoothly again. Also drop clothed the floor and wore paper booties. I appreciated his respect for our property. Also liked the way he kept in touch via text messages do I could plan my day.
