The two repairmen that came to our house were very knowledgable & very polite & efficient. Jeffery diagnosed the problem & ordered the part. Joshua installed the part. The only issue I had with the overall repair was how long it took to receive. the fuse.

Freezer
Ricky did a great job He was the 2nd repairman to come and service the same freezer , the first one said it was the thermostat and never looked at anything else . Well when Ricky came and right away said it was all frozen up so he thawed it out ans put it back together , Hopefully it continues to work and freezes the ice cream .
