Ill not go into how dificuly it was to actually get my warranty plan to pay out, but, once I got through all of that unpleasantness, the repairman was pleasant, skilled and thorough.

They charge 99 eventhough it could be diagnosed in 2 minutes. The estimate was 411 for a dish washer. Not the techs issue, but you must make a decision then. Very expensive. Again this is sears issue. I am sure that the tech is fine, but he didn't do anything.

The repair man stated a part was needed to repair the problem with the range oven heating. I ordered the part and replaced it and the problem is still there.
