LG Fridge fail!
Blair was quick to diagnose the problem, unfortunately he didn't have the parts to onhand to replace the defective ones. LG refrigerators are junk! I will never own another one.

Did His Best
Robert looked at my dryer and did as much as he could while here to help me repair it. However, since I didn't have a a service plan and the part was not available to fix it, I will need to replace the whole dryer. He was polite, and took his time, and helped me find the next step to solve the problem. The only way the visit could have been better is if it could have been resolved in the same day with an available part or replacement offer.
