This was the worse service I have ever had experienced in my life. I had technician come out he was at my house for no more than 5 minute's, and said that the technician before diagnosis the problem wrong and that he would get me a full refund. I was on the phone the entire morning about said refund being dismissed, disrespected, and pretty much called a liar by Anna, Luke, and two others and instead of giving me a refund I was charged more without my permission.

I’ve had 3 appointments scheduled with this company to repair our refrigerator. Every single one was either canceled without notifying us until we called to investigate, or was no-showed. Will never ever recommend them.

Terrible service. Call center wasn’t helpful at all. The technician was in a rush and damaged my refrigerator further. I was able to get a local repair man to fix the appliance and the damage.
