Dryer annual check-up
My experience with Alex B was fantastic. Hope to be able to get him on Sept 6 when someone is coming from Sears to give us an annual check up for our washing machine. (Disappointed that I was not able to speak with a human to be able to schedule both check-ups on the same day as I have been used to doing four many years now. If I was working this would have been terribly inconvenient for me to have to take two days off for work. ) Otherwise Alex was very professional and thorough and answered my questions and was very personable.
