Troy did a super job of helping me understand what I was doing wrong with my ice maker. He was on-time, professional and courteous. He offered to assist with any other appliance problems I might have, but I had none.

The technician who did the dryer repair is excellent. What I can say about Sears is that they hire great people who repair home appliances. Not only did James (the technician) do a great job with the repair, but he offered valuable information on how to better maintain my washer and what type of problems warrant a call for repairs for the washer/dryer. 100% recommend James for his excellent service.
