The technician was great. However it took 6 months to receive service so I had no fridge. You kept cancelling my appointments for no reason. Your call service is very bad. You need to consolidate all of my accounts into one. You do not have good customer service. It should not have taken so long to receive service which I had already paid for. Every time I called I had to explain my situation all over again. Nobody communicated with each other. My phone number was not attached to my service order which I do not understand. My purchases were under my phone number but every time I called in they could not find my repair order. I was always assured that a technician would be there for the repairs and then you would cancel my appointment saying that it was at my request which it was never at my request. I always had to take time off of work for the appointment just to get canceled. Your service has cost me money and stress. I could not get my medicine because it had to be refrigerated. Your call in service is very bad. I am not a happy customer with your service and will not recommend it to any one. Everyone I know cannot believe that it took 6 months for repair. In my job if I had given you the type of service that I received I would have been fired. I do not recommend your service. Everyone is short staffed but some how they make it work. But not your service. You make it very inconvient for the customer. This is not against the technician but against your company. No wonder businesses are closing as much as they are because customer service is NOT your priority. You are just in to get your money and then not provide the service as you advertise. I will be contacting the better business beauru and the attorney general of my state. This will go against your record and I am not sure what action will follow. You need to reevaluate your procedures and process. Maybe then the next customer will not have to go through what you have put me through. Not a happy customer.
