Confusing
The repairman was great! He told me what was wrong, but could not order parts for it. so nothing was actually done.

Great service
Just wanted to say that the sales representative from sear was Mr. James notified us what time he would be arriving actually he was a couple minutes early. Mr James did excellent job evaluating what the problem was with the refrigerator, he also cleaned the coils as well on the refrigerator, very polite great customer service. Will recommend to others.

Awesome Tech
Tech was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately the problem with the washing machine is intermittent and did not show up during the inspection. Told us to document problems when they happened and to call back as needed

Samsung range top replacement
