Repair Services
Brian's initial visit was informative. He shared the repair needed on two appliances, the refrigerator and dryer. He was able to ascertain the repair needed, was able to cost out the parts and provide the dollar amount for us to pay that day. He said the repairs would be scheduled as soon as parts were received. Sure enough we got the final parts and he came the very next day. He was very courtesy and there were no issues. He should be well praised for his knowledge and prompt service. If further repairs are needed on other appliances, we would request Brian as our repairman. A valuable asset to your business, of that I am sure. Be sure he gets kudos for a very good job well done.
