Dissatisfied with service provided
The technician was not on time. I asked the technician to dispose of the old parts. He told me that he did not have room in his van to dispose . He just left the box here. I actually picked up the box and disposed it and put it in my trash bin.

Didn't order the parts
Has been to my house twice and both times did not order the parts needed told me to order them. And has closed two of my claims. I've had two separate technicians come to the house probably 5 times now.
