James worked on our washer after the previous "technician" said he had changed the water inlet valves. James actually did and spent the extra time to make sure everything was working properly. A highly skilled and professional technician- Hope in the future if we need more work done they send him!!

Brian was right on time , professional , And remembered being here earlier this year for the same service call on the ice maker. Brian was able to open the Ice Bin and examine it . This time we think it was the latch . So we hope this situation was solved. Brian took pictures just in case it should happen again . I am pleased that Brian is the Service Tech that came back out here.
