Shane was good...knowledgeable and thorough...however the 'warranty' i was sold is not a warranty...I've had a warranty thru first American for 30 years...same Monthly premium...100 for a service call...and ALL repair parts and labor covered...not 900 dollars to repair a dryer...have canceled my Sears warranty and will go back to first american

The tech arrived within time specified, replaced the parts that were ordered but also had to order another part. I would of given them a 5 star if they would of listened to me and ordered that part with the other parts instead of now I'm having to wait on, and also either kept or called when they didn't arrive for their Saturday appt. Encryption else I'm sissified with!

You should not keep notifying a person for payments, when payment has been made to the service individual, according to Sears home service direction. I posted a rating for service delivered earlier. Now you send bills that have already been receipted and paid.
