Very informative about my machine. So much I didn't understand about it. Great personality, too. First time meeting him yet my husband and I (ages 81 and 73) felt like he was family. We need more customer service in the world today like this. Update: Sears repair man came back today (after the parts came in). This time I remember his name. Thank you Kenny for all your hard work, great attitude, and 😃 jokes. My washer didn't work this good the day we bought it.
