Whirlpool repair
Tech was very knowledgeable about the model, ran through all the diagnostic checks and determined that the control board had failed. A replacement for the control board was delivered an the tech returned to complete the repair. All systems are operating normally and the tech was very polite, informative and efficient in completing the job. Excellent service.

The men who work on my appliances all do a great job, especially James and Dominique. The phone service, though, does a horrible job for about the last year. They can not find my account for about the last year saying it does not exist. Most just say they cannot help me, others say the computer changes are the cause of not finding my account that I have had for years. Please fix the phone service. Sometimes I would just like to talk to a person instead of only having computer access.
